BCG Billing Policies

Consulting services will be billed at the standard hourly rate quoted below unless a prearranged rate is in effect. Dr Kenimer and the BCG Office Heads are the only BCG employees authorized to approve changes in the listed billing rates.

An additional travel-time charge will be billed to the client on a port to port basis. The travel rate is 1/2 half of the billing rate for the BCG employee traveling. Air travel of greater than 10 hours in-flight time will normally be via business class. For ground travel, mileage is reimbursed at the current federal rate for a non-government automobile.

All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt and a 1% per month finance charge will be applied to invoices unpaid after 45 days.

Please note that BCG will be raising its rates effective January 1, 2009.
