William F. Winslow has joined Biologics Consulting Group, Inc. as Chief Legal Officer in January 2006.

Bill was formerly a partner at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in Washington, DC where he specialized in corporate, securities and transactional matters. His clients included private and publicly-held technology companies, venture capital firms and entrepreneurs. Bill has spoken frequently on venture investment and other topics and published several articles relating to emerging technology companies.

At BCG, Bill will assist with contract review and negotiation and corporate issues.

Bill received his A.B. from Amherst College, his M.A. from Yale University and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina.
